Target:
- Business that are laying off engineering
professionals and want to facilitate
them finding a new position.
Purpose:
- To mitigate the workforce impact of layoffs due to professinal
workforce reduction. Workers that remain tend to have better motivation.

Rationale:
- Organizations must

changing international and local changes changing their

and reestructuring themselves to meet performance goals.
- Sometimes it is necessary to lay off
professionals,
and this might lead to a demotivated workforce. In order to mitigate
this effect and enhance workforce motivation, it is recommended to effectively
help these professionals a new job with the help of an
