 Our Story

1)

We create, design and deliver Engineering Human Resources Search Services since  1995. We work with local and multinational businesess who need industrial, electronic, electrical, systems, mechanical, naval or petroleum engineers.

Since 1998 we deliver services to more than 70 than 70 big and small business in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

We search candidates for engineering related positions which are either C-level positions, management, or analysts that require senior, semi senior or junior experience levels.

Our database, created in 1995 and constantly updated with contact information and job related data of the alumni of Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires,

Our network began within ITBA (Instituto Tecnologico de Buenos Aires ) Alumni Association and grows with referrals and other talented professionals who contact us every day. These engineers work in different positions, including: industrial or masive sales & marketing, finance, systems & information technology, project management and execution, production, logistics, engineering, business unit management and general management.

Sometimes it is necessary to redisign and adapt the organization so that available candidates shine and meet all expectations.  We help with the necesary organizational redesign and implementation follow up using the  People Capability Maturity Model P-CMM 2.0 as conceptual roadmap.

Motivation is the key success factor for workforce productivity, so we have decided to add new actitudinal and motivation assessment tools for: new hires. teams that need to improve their productivity.

Executive Coaching helps managers to adapt to the challenges posed by work role related changes in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Feedback by a Profesional Coach gives an external objective and exeperienced bilingual perspective, as well as  tools and resources in order to achieve the expected performance.

During the local Argentine 2001 political and economic crisis that produced relatively high unemployment levels, we successfully helped more than 100 engineering and information technology specialists find new valuable postions.
