• Overview and Purpose: To develop software. Smart cards are massively sold to telecom operators all around the world. Once the cards are delivered to the final user, there is no way to solve any issues in the on board software. As one single bug can be reproduced in millions of cards , the developer role, which objective is to implement high performances and small size bug free software, is key for the quality of the software.
  
• Role: The developer  activity  is to implement  the software according shared customer specifications. His goal is to deliver bug free code which is:
• Compliant with customer’s requirements.
• With limited/optimized usage of memory resources.
• With fast execution time.
• The developer is responsible to perform unitary test in order to deliver software to the qualifier which is in line at least with the functional requirements of the software.
  
• He/She’s  functionally managed by the project manager, responsible for the quality of the final delivery as well as to define his priorities and objectives, and directly managed by the Technical Project Leader responsible for the plan execution and technical topics.
• He/She is responsible for following the defined process for application implementation and providing software with the required level of quality. 
• He/She is involved in all the phases of the project from the specification analysis to the final acceptance of the delivery which may include end to end test and customer support.
  
• Main Tasks: Collaborate with the design, code and execute software.
  
• Write unitary tests document and system design document (UTS and SDD).
  
• Once sufficient experience has been gained, participate in definition and writing the strategy of the Software Requirement Specification.
  Integrate development tools and embedded software.
  
• Follow the project process defined for development.
  
• Periodic technical progress meetings and technical alert duty to technical project leader and project manager (escalation process).
  
• Workload/time frame negotiation, respect, and reporting.
  
• Deliverable archiving.
  
• Quality processes contribution.
  
• Ensure security rules:
  
• Implement and act in accordance with information security policies.
  
• Protect assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction or interferences.
  

Requisitos

• Requisitos excluyentes:
• Estudiantes proximos a recibirse 2012 en Ing. En informatica, Sistemas o  similares.
  
• Idioma ingles.
• Requisitos valorables:
  
  • Sharepoint, SVN, Jira, Quality Center, MKS, Artifactory, Maven, Hudson.
  • Conocimientos técnicos en Linux/Unix
  • Conocimiento teorico en los principales principios de Software engineering y  practicas en proyectos o pasantías
  • Conocimiento basico en Project Management PMI, desarrollo de software y procesos de integración CMMI
  • Conocimientos de buenas practicas de servicios operados  ITIL, principios y herramientas basicos de aseguramiento y control de calidad.
  • Conocimiento acerca de Configuration Management
