Administrador UNIX - Support Analyst
Tareas
  • Solve problems with priorities 1 and 2 (critical and high).
  • Perform preventive maintenance, analyzing logs of the applications.
  • Write the periodic reports of the SLA agreement.
  • Keep track of the SLA metrics.
  • Support and assist the customer after the installation.
  • Contribute to the transition from project to production support: ensure that the supportability of the applications, do the warranty check point.
Requisitos
  • Technical Competencies
    • Strong knowledge in Linux / UNIX, shell script, awk.
    • Positive assets: Oracle, Phyton, Java, SNMP, JMX, Perl.
  • Personal Skills
    • Independent
    • Fast-learning.
    • Self-confident and self-motivated.
    • Ability to work under pressure.
    • Focused on results (ability to understand and apply priorities)
    • Good communtications skill.
